Board of Directors

The Bracken Board of Directors is deeply committed to guiding the school while keeping Christ at the center of all we do. Our role extends beyond governance; we are dedicated to nurturing the spiritual foundation of the school. As we operate at a strategic level, we also intentionally pray for the students, staff, and the entire community. While our focus is on the big-picture direction, our hearts are with everyone in the school, ensuring that our decisions are rooted in faith and the well-being of all those within the Bracken family.

At this strategic level, we are responsible for hiring, reviewing, and overseeing the Head of School, who is our only direct report and who, in turn, manages the day-to-day operations, including the faculty and staff. When necessary, we amend or revise policies to ensure they align with the school’s mission. We also approve the annual budget to maintain stability and ensure the ongoing success of Bracken. The Board functions as a unified entity, with members holding authority only when acting together during meetings, ensuring that all decisions are made collectively and with Christ-centered intent.
