Bracken Christian School is thrilled to be participating in the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) Program (otherwise known as School Choice). We know that Christian education can be a tremendous sacrifice for families. Our goal is to provide as much clarity and understanding as possible.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Billing Schedule is as follows: FACTS accounts are charged monthly on the first of each month starting July 1st and ending June 1st of the academic year your child is enrolled.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Tuition payments are processed through FACTS automatic withdrawal from the responsible party's checking or savings account, or via credit/debit card (note: additional service fees apply for credit/debit card transactions).

When enrolling in a payment plan, families will incur a one-time yearly FACTS fee:
Every family is expected to pay tuition on time. Meeting financial responsibility on time is part of Christian stewardship. The school's expenses are incurred annually, with the hiring of teachers and staff predetermined based on your enrollment and agreement to fulfill your financial obligation.

A full year's tuition payment becomes guaranteed to BCS on July 1 unless the student withdraws for a reason stated in the Parent and Student Policies and Procedures Handbook. Withdrawal Penalties
